My name is Michael, and I have been practicing breathwork since 2015. I first discovered breathwork as I sought to deepen my yoga practice and manage stress as an actor in Los Angeles. I wanted to cultivate mental calmness in high-intensity situations. My journey began with Holotropic Breathwork, guided by the insights in Stan Grof's books, and soon expanded to somatic breathwork classes around Los Angeles, which I attended with dedication. Through this practice, I experienced profound shifts, accessing altered states of consciousness and deeper self-awareness. Breathwork allowed me to shed limiting beliefs that no longer served my purpose, opening doors to personal growth and emotional healing. Today, I’m passionate about sharing this transformative practice with others, helping them achieve their own growth and healing.
